From her years in property management dating back to the early 90's, Mari's career path has grown steadily. In a few years, she was leading property teams in several counties and states.
When this senior role started including market rate and affordable housing projects, Mari found her true calling. She branched off on her own and started flipping houses--buying, fixing and selling. Meanwhile, she also began working on the Hard Money Lending side of the business. Here, she partnered with an established company for nearly twenty years until she decided to go on her own and opened Rubi Financial.

Our fix and flip loans allow you to purchase a property under market value, rehab it, and then re-sell it.
Mortgage Financing
We prequalify borrowers and get them the best possible loan program for their home, investment property, vacation home or second home. We also provide refinancing on their existing home.
Investments
We provide investment opportunities for private lenders to make 9%-12% return on their money. They are considered hard money loans where real estate is used as collateral.
